Shipping policy
After placing your order you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. As soon as your parcel is on its way, a second email follows with your DHL tracking number – so you can always see where your parcel is.

If you need it faster, choose Express Lane at checkout: €13.90 within Germany, €16.90 to Poland and the other EU countries.
Good to know
- All delivery times are estimates from dispatch and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Some items are only produced for you after you order. For these, the delivery time from order is 3–8 business days within Germany, 4–9 business days to Poland and the other EU countries and 9–14 business days outside the EU. The delivery time is shown on the product page.
- After larger drops, delivery can take up to 10–16 business days.
- For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.
- We ship with DHL.
